Many people take poker dealers for granted because they do not understand their importance in the games. Not everybody knows that to be able to be a poker dealer in the more prestigious casinos, one must undergo strict recruitment process and training that's especially designed for aspiring poker dealers. Not everybody is qualified to do a poker dealer's job, although others think that it's such an easy job. Anybody who thinks that way might never have been in the poker dealer's world.
Dealing in poker can be very stressful. It is not just merely handing people cards, poker dealers witness the players' winning, as well as their losing, and some players even go too far by blaming the dealers for their misfortune. Poker dealers must remain unattached to the players' sentiments and threats so as not to affect their work.
The security and safety of these poker dealers do not go unnoticed. You lost because you were unable to play your cards. You can never be a good poker player if you could only play the good hands. That's the challenge of the game, to be able to make your cards win, whatever they are.
We learn that poker dealers are really significant parts of the game. Some online poker rooms boasts of faster games because the dealer is an automated program. However, if dealers can be thrown away that easily, then why do other online poker rooms employ real people as dealers, and you can even watch them live? Dealing is really that significant after all. There even online poker rooms which use third party shuffling system to ensure that the cards are shuffled fairly.
Truly, poker dealers are irreplaceable. It is certainly easier to trust a human than a machine or a program with the task of dealing cards fairly. Their task is not an easy one, so we must treat them with respect like we do our opponents.
